I was depressed, too. Guess that's why I still have a passion for training. Doesn't solve the total problem. Once in a while there's one or two less to count, at least.
Training would fix a lot of this, but not all. Active policing would fix more i think, both in terms of the riders behaviour and the general populace.
ICW the other post, being the role model, and guiding the new riders, it's a passion that is really growing in me, somebody has to do something. To stand and pretend like they're actually all in hog heaven riding golden highways is naive. And insulting.
I think more of the "slap upside the head" is in order.
