HOWEVER
If you cross the South African Border illegally you get

* a free education and
* free health care.
Perks include
* weapons of your choice.
And in South Africa you can
* murder,
* use drugs,
* drink and drive,
* steal,
* rape
BUT PLEASE South Africans DON'T SMOKE in a public place - it is illegal.

Well when you put it like that we seem decades ahead of everyone else, borders being a relic of a parochial society.
That it doesn't yet gel with the rest of our relics and attempted responsibility free lifestyles ain't no one's fault but our own.

Aside from the positively absurd position, whien you put it in context, i HATE that "smoking causes all cancer" ... in blind ignorance to the stuff that's really killing us all.
