Well this guy was born in a "rest room", and so i guess it's not his fault. But he's decided (and he has a good point) that the toilets are the seat of hygeine and good health. The house is christened Haewoojae, which means “a place of sanctuary where one can solve one’s worries” in Korean. Appropriate.
He became a mayor, and started cleaning up all the toilets, not just cleaning, but beautifying too. Flowers and paintings etc, and yes, it works.

Ok, getting eery towards the end, i HATE toilet / elevator stuff, rather get some windchimes outside :-D
