Resolutions 110, 381 and 819 forbid “to set obstacles to free exchange of information and ideas” (like cutting off Syrian TV channels) and “all propaganda provoking or encouraging threats to peace, breaking peace, and all acts of aggression”. By law, war propaganda is a crime against peace, the worst of crimes, because it facilitates war crimes and genocide.

I've heard that Russia might intervene - and not on the side of the UN.
perhaps we're paranoid, or perhaps we're starting to see through the misdirections of those who would maintain control, but it's looking more and more like another manufactured war.
And then there's Stuxnet and its derivative (or parent) Flame. The centre is certainly not holding any longer - all hail Yeats.

We the west are being lied to on a grand scale. Ask anyone around you about Bashar Al Assad. They won't even have an opinion, other than "bad man", never mind any knowledge.
When the Russian PM starts talking about imminent nuclear war, people really should pay attention. This is not Libya.
